At the early age of 19 Bethany began her real estate career in Northern Virginia, Bethany knew then this was her passion. When she moved to Pensacola in 2004 she immediately joined Granger Properties. In doing so, she has become highly skilled in negotiations, marketing, accounting, research, project management, and property management. She is the nucleus of our family and provides core strength for the Company to thrive in a chaotic and volatile environment.
Christopher Bouchard

Chris graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School and then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce & Business Administration with a major in Marketing from The University of Alabama. Chris joined Granger Properties in 2005 where the understanding of his hometown and his commitment for local progression has made him a key member of Granger Properties. Chris has handled significant transactions in the community, which have made a major mark on the growth and economy of our area.

Chris graduated with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Real Estate from the College of Business at Florida State University. As a native of Pensacola, Chris possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding the area. Chris works directly with Sonny in a team approach, bringing to the table a solid foundation in market research and valuation as well as financial analysis expertise.
Phil Fischler

Phil Fischler has focused on commercial real estate since 1995. As a Florida licensed Real Estate agent, a licensed Professional Engineer in both Florida and Texas, Phil’s expertise covers a broad spectrum including planning, acquisition, entitlement, development, permitting, construction and disposition. Phil has national relationships and experience, and is skilled in assisting his clients in forming, evaluating and implementing ideas that best serve their goals. His experience in delivering quality properties to household-name retailers like Publix, Target, Costco Wholesale and QuikTrip is complemented by his succinct ability to communicate at a level understood by laymen and industry professionals alike. Phil obtained a BS in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
