Recognized for his contributions on a number of landmark properties, Phil has also led multi-location, geographically-diverse expansion programs for a number of national clients. Fluent in the Green Building industry, Phil is a LEED Accredited Professional as designated by the U.S. Green Building Council, and brings considerable technical insight from his 13-year tenure with an industry-leading, full-service civil engineering consulting firm where he excelled in various executive, leadership and project management roles. Respected for his initiative, insight, diligence, and talent for breaking down complex challenges to deliver workable solutions, Phil is a gifted builder and maintainer of trusting relationships.
